Basic Cleaning
Basic cleaning consists of the following tasks
Dishes/Dishwasher
Included
Hand-wash, dry, put away dishes or
Load, Run, and/or Unload Dishwasher (up to 2 loads)
Laundry
Included
Wash, dry, fold laundry up to 2 loads
Kitchen
Included
- Wipe off and organize counters
- Wipe down cabinet doors
- Clean microwave inside and out
- Clean stovetop, oven, and hood
- Wipe down outside refrigerator/freezer (Inside as needed)
- Dust
- Sweep/Mop
- Take out garbage
- Spot clean walls, baseboard, doors
Living Room/Family Room/Den (upstairs and downstairs)
Included
- Dust all surfaces (tables pictures shelves)
- Vacuum/ Dust couch
- Fluff and organize pillows/blankets
- Clean TV
- Clean ceiling fan/light fixtures
- Clean windows/Front door inside and out
- spot clean walls, doors, baseboards
- Floors (Vacuum or sweep and mop
Bedroom(s)
Included
- Make beds (change bedding when requested)
- Dust all surfaces and pictures
- Clean ceiling fan/light fixtures
- Clean and organize items on dresser, shelves, and floors such as clothing, toys, etc
- Vacuum or sweep and mop
- Spot clean walls, doors, and baseboards
Bathroom(s)

- Clean/Scrub tub, shower walls and fixtures
- Clean toilet inside and out (and behind)
- Clean and organize sink and fixtures

Dining Room

Deep Cleaning
Includes all items from basic cleaning as well as the following

Included
- Clean every inch of baseboards in the home.
- Remove scuff marks when needed
Walls
Included
- Clean every inch of the walls in the home from top to bottom.
- Remove nails/screws when requested
- Remove all scuff marks
- Clean behind pictures or and other decorations on the walls
Doors
Included
- Clean ALL doors in the home including screen doors
- Clean any glass or windows on or around door frames
- CLEAN AND SANITIZE DOOR HANDLES
All Windows and Blinds
Included
- Clean every window inside and out.
- Clean window frames
- Clean blinds (both sides)
- Wash, dry, rehang curtains (with customer approval)
Under Appliances and Furniture
Included
We move all appliances (stove, refrigerator, freezer, washer, dryer, etc) and furniture and clean the appliance/furniture around the backside and anywhere else that isn’t normally reachable to be cleaned during basic cleaning. We sweep and mop or vacuum the floor and clean the walls Under and around the appliances/furniture.
Oven
Included
We completely clean your oven and broiler area (under oven). We utilize fume free cleaner to get all burnt on food/grease building from the bottom of the oven.
We take the racks out and clean them and make them look new again
Full refrigerator and freezer cleaning
Included
- We remove all items and clean off bottles are jars with water as to not contaminate the food.
- We CAREFULLY disassemble the shelving and clean them thoroughly with soap and water and replace them
- ALL FROZEN FOODS ARE KEPT IN A COOLER/FREEZER BAG TO MAINTAIN THE REQUIRED FOOD TEMPERATURES.
Other tasks can be completed upon request
